I love to make Mexican style tacos with the Carnitas, shredded and warmed in the microwave with a drop of coca-cola, served with spicy salsa (the fresh packed roasted tomatillo is amazing) and diced cilantro and onion.

The Pad Thai in the box is great too, especially with peanuts and sauteed shrimp from the freezer section (go with the frozen uncooked jumbo shrimp)!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20601607.post-1150265220715715592006-06-13T23:07:00.000-07:002006-06-13T23:07:00.000-07:00sadly I don't have any tips because I actually lik...sadly I don't have any tips because I actually like the mushy quality of the TJs Pad Thai. Most Pad Thai is really dry, so that's why I like the mushy. I guess that's what separates me from the real asians such as yourself. And yes I do find that amusing that Indians are also known as East Asians. Because is India really East of Asia? No. I just double checked on Google maps. It is in fact west of Asia.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08209008161233482678noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20601607.post-1150243525956392572006-06-13T17:05:00.000-07:002006-06-13T17:05:00.000-07:00I don't shop at TJs hardly ever, but the one item ...I don't shop at TJs hardly ever, but the one item I have had on 2 separate occasions is the Pad Thai. It is pretty good, but I found both times that it became a little mushy. Like kind of scooping up noodles, instead of having nice, separated noodles. It just wasn't restaurant quality at all. Any tips or suggestions are welcome. Though, seriously, since I apparently can't prepare pasta out of a package, there probably isn't a whole lot you can do.Kartikhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10929191747144409378noreply@blogger.com
